Free Shipping:

Watchsavings.com will pay for FREE Ground shipping for every order over $150 via UPS or USPS depending on the order. Every item shipped out of our warehouse is fully insured by UPS or USPS. Orders being shipped to an APO or FPO address will require the United States Postal Service Shipment (USPS) Option. Delivery time via Ground can range from 1 to 6 business days. Please view the map for transit time estimation.

Every item shipped from our warehouse is fully insured using UPS or USPS. You will receive a shipping tracking number via email when your order is shipped from our warehouse. UPS tracking information can also be obtained by contacting UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS and submit the tracking number for a verbal shipment status or track your package online at http://www.ups.com. United States Postal Service shipments can be tracked here at USPS Tracking.

Shipping Restrictions:

• UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. Please select the United States Postal option for APO and FPO addresses.
• Air and ground shipment time frames are in business days only, and exclude weekends and/or holidays.
• Weekend deliveries are valid only if; the Next Day Air Saturday delivery option is selected, and the package will be shipped to a domestic location. For Saturday delivery, please call us at 1-877-834-1434 to place your order.

If a shipped order was lost or damaged, UPS or USPS must conduct an investigation. Please contact Watchsavings.com to initiate a tracer within 10 business days of the item shipping from our warehouse. If the package is not located, UPS and USPS will process a claim for the package. Claims can take two weeks to process. When the carrier claims responsibility for the loss or damage of your shipped item(s), insurance reimbursement will be issued to Watchsavings.com and a replacement item(s) will be shipped out. If that item(s) is/are no longer available, and a similar item is not wanted, Watchsavings.com will gladly refund your original payment. If the item received is not what was ordered, please contact Watchsavings.com within 5 days of receipt of your order. Product discrepancies notified to Watchsavings after 5 business days may not be honored for replacement.

When your order is received, if there are any noticeable discrepancies with your item, or if the item is not what was ordered, please contact Watchsavings.com within 5 days of receipt of your shipment to make any necessary corrections.

Packaging
In the unlikely event of goods received with damaged packaging, such as outer boxes, cases, instructions, manuals, etc., Watchsavings reserves the right to replace the original packaging of products sold herein. Watchsavings cannot guarantee a replacement of the manufacturer’s original packaging.

Delivery of Order:

Orders received prior to 1:30 PM Eastern Standard Time will be processed within the same business day provided that the goods are in stock and customer identification is verified. To ensure that orders placed online prior to 1:30 PM EST will ship the same day, please review our “Payment Methods” section below and double check product availability with Watchsavings.com customer service. After hour, weekend, and Holiday orders will be processed the next business day.

After an order is placed, the customer will receive an order confirmation via email. If there are any discrepancies with your order, please contact Watchsavings.com as soon as possible to correct the issue. When the order ships, a shipment tracking number will be provided to the customer via email. For package tracking, please go to our “Shipping” section above.

Duty and Shipping
Watchsavings.com does not assess duty for an international order and International orders are subject to applicable customs, and import duties and taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for details. All International Orders over $500.00 will ship via UPS and are subject to UPS Delivery Fees, in addition to all applicable duties and taxes. All APO/FPO addressed packages will ship via USPS. To calculate the shipping rate for your order, please refer to the shipping chart below:

International orders are shipped fully-insured via USPS Global Express with package tracking. Depending upon the shipping destination, some international orders may be shipped via UPS. Oversize and/or high value orders that may require additional shipping charges, you will be contacted by Watchsavings prior to your order shipping. The average International order usually takes about 1-2 weeks for delivery, depending on your shipping location. Watchsavings.com has no control if this transit time is lengthened due to transit delays or customs processing.

Shipping Problems
If an International order is received damaged or not received at all, an insurance claim must be initiated and finalized before customer compensation or product replacement is executed by Watchsavings. If the item is received damaged, please contact Watchsavings within five business days of delivery to conduct a claim. Please hold onto your shipping box as our insurance company may want to inspect it. If the item is not received at all we are required to wait 45 days after the shipment date to conduct an insurance claim.
