This watch is not described correctlyJun 06, 2010
By bisjack This may be a very good watch but Amazon has not described it correctly and caused me a lot of trouble. I wanted an automatic, self-wind Tag Heuer Aquaracer and based on the detailed information given on the Amazon website I bought this one. When it arrived I discovered through the instuction booklet that it is a quartz movement and needs batteries which is not what I wanted. Contact with customer service verified that the product description was not correct and I was given instructions on how to return the watch. I was promised credit for the return postage and insurance (about $25) since it was Amazon's error. We will see if that happens. So far it's too early to tell since I just put it in the return mail yesterday. If the return goes smoothly as I expect it will, then I intend to buy another automatic, self wind Tag from Amazon. Can't beat their prices. Please note that the 3-star rating is based on the trouble I've had and not on the watch itself.
This is added on 6/20. I just want to add that a little over a week after Amazon received the returned watch my account was credited with the full puchase amount as well as the original postage and the postage/insurance cost for my returning it. Well done Amazon.
Since then I've ordered an automatic self-wind Tag from Amazon and am quite happy with it. Although I'm sure the watch I returned is a fine watch, I want to change my rating to 5 stars, not for the watch since I didn't keep it but for the transaction itself and the efficient way Amazon handled the return credit.

I love my watch, I was trying to find just about every excuse in the book to return this watch. Once I had it on.....it was too late. I hesitated for over a year, feeling guilty, putting it in my Amazon Shopping cart, and taking it off..ordering and canceling the order.
I love this Watch, its simple, easy to read, a bit heavy but Im used to the weight because of my other watch.
My only regret is not getting it earlier.
I love my TAG!

By Richard W. Wallace This is a nice heavy watch that is easy to read. The watch will glow in the dark with its time and hand positions. Has very good wieght to it. Nice looking color that is different than most watch's. I really like it.

By ike I HADE A VERY BAD CONTACT WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE, THAT WAS FOR A PROBLEN THAT WAS NOT SOLVED TILL TODAY, THEY ARE NOT LISTENING TO THE CUSTOMER ALTHOE THEY REALISE THAT THEY MADE A MISTAKE LIKE SENDING A NON AUTOMATIC WATCH, AFTER THE ADVERTIZING SAY AUTOMATIC.
