The best automatic ever made - Built like a tankOct 10, 2008
By Vikram Jairam
"nikonica"
I have always liked automatic watches. I own automatic watches from Seiko, Citizen, Invicta and Tag. The Tag is built like a tank. Things I do not like about my CAF2010: Runs a tad faster - gains about 4 minutes every month - I have to reset the time every month, or find myself going early to meetings sometimes when I dont have my blackberry to dictate time. But thats the case with almost any automatic watch. This one's going to be with me for a lifetime. You learn to live with it - if I wanted digital precision, I would've bought a digital watch at a mere one hundredth of the cost of this watch - but its not about that.

TAG Heuer Aquaracer ReviewMay 31, 2009
By One Happy Camper After owning an Ebel Swiss quartz watch for a few years now, I noticed the TAG Heuer Aquaracer model CAF2015. I ended up going with the silver on silver and diamond bezel. After careful scrutiny and precise decision making, I decided to part with the money and go for the quality. There is a reason why somebody, somewhere, coined the phrase "...you get what you pay for...". This is a time piece which is remarkably well manufactured. The TAG Aquaracer is not only aesthetically pleasing, it is pretty darn heavy. Some may argue that it is rather bulky, however it is not a light weight knock-off. The watch does protrude out quite a bit when wearing on the wrist, however it certainly makes a statement. If you are a flashy-type personality that wants "all eyes on you", then this is the timepiece for you. The coolest part is this watch can be worn with casual attire as well as a fine, designer suit and tie. Well worth the money if you can afford it. Trust me, as a frugal consumer that does hours of researching before making any major purchase, I can assure anyone that if you are looking for a gorgeous, well put together product, this is the real deal. Good luck if you are on the fence with potentially purchasing this item.

Quality, Looks, and FunctionalityAug 13, 2008
By CzechInside It is an outstanding watch with classic looks designed and made by a well known reputable company. All materials used inside and out are of high quality, and the look and feel of the watch reflect that. The bracelet is sturdy as is the clasp and the timepiece itself has a considerable weight to it. I am not going to go into an in-depth technical discussion about the inner workings and type of movement Tag Heuer uses. You can do a search and find detailed discussions in various watch forums about the assorted Swiss brands and who thinks who is better, which is a true Swiss movement watch, who is COSC certified, etc. All in all, Tag Heuer (IMO) has designed a quality timepiece that can be worn with a suit and tie or jeans and a tee shirt and everything in-between. If you are considering this watch (or any other for that matter) I suggest you view your selection in person before buying and try it on for size. Some people buy online sight unseen, and for a purchase such as this, I would say do your research and view the timepieces in person. I did not buy this watch from Amazon or online, but from a jeweler. I have owned the watch for 3 months now and have had no issues or complaints. I would defiantly buy from Tag Heuer again.

My First TAG and AutomaticJun 02, 2010
By BJohns7 I have owned this watch for about 6 months now and I love it. It is built like a tank and clearance under the cuff of a dress shirt is somewhat dependant on the shirt design. Mine does appear to run a tad fast, but it takes at least about a month to notice even a minute or two of drift. This has become almost completely irrelevant for me, because I usually quickly reset the time (and day/date if needed) on the first or second of every month. However, this watch does have wrist presence. I have received plenty of compliments regarding the watches appearance (or I have observed plenty of people staring at it as it peeks out from under my dress shirt). The watch is hard to not notice given its somewhat Leviathan-like dimensions. Anyways, this is my first TAG and I am not disappointed.

Love my Tag HeuerSep 02, 2009

I love this watch; I looked at it at various jewelry stores before making my final decision.
The picture does not do justice to this watch, I like the size, weight and look of this timepiece. I have owned Tag Heuer before and can say they make an excellent watch that lasts and I am very hard on my watches. My last automatic Tag has lasted over 18 years with no issues and I just wanted a newer Tag so I bought this one. The price on Amazon is below the best price I was offered at the store and while Tag will not honor the warranty Amazon will. But really, you should not need any warranty work done on your watch. The absolute worst case is you take your watch to Tag Heuer and they may charge you to fix it - it's not a big deal.
Before you buy, go see the watch in person try it on, then when you are sure which one you want get the model and compare what the Jewelry store sells it for and what Amazon sells it for. The difference between my Tag Heuer watch and the one my friend bought is that while they are identical I have an extra $1,200 in my pocket while he doesn't. He got his right away at the store, mine arrived 48 hours after I ordered it from Amazon.
