I think I might have read a description that called this watch "understated elegance". I think that sums it up. It is a nice watch. It is not flashy. It would be perfect if it had the self winding feature that most men's Seiko watches seem to have.
Note: the watch is not NEARLY as pink as in the photo. This is either a plus or a minus depending on your taste and probably varies a bit between watches (I don't know that this part is true).

I received this watch as a gift, it's not to flashy, but looks really nice.I have a small wrist and had to remove several links, which removes easily and can be done yourself.

I purchased this watch on Amazon after looking at the same watch in JC Penny and Dillards for almost $200.00 more. It's a nice casual watch, I wear mine to work as a nurse and its very durable and attractive. The mother of pearl face is a pale pink so it doesn't clash when wearing other colors. For the price, Seiko watches are great, mine usually last about 10 years of frequent wear getting wet regularly.

I really like my new Seiko watch very much. I have a large wrist and was worried that the strap wouldn't fit but it fits perfectly. I had a different Seiko watch before this one. I had it for 21 years. I really trust the Seiko brand name. I hope this new one lasts as long as the old one.

I received this watch for Christmas. I love it! It is very feminine. The face/case of the watch isn't huge, it is 30mm across (check the description to verify). I assumed it would be a little larger, but I am very happy with it. The face of my watch is pink, maybe not quite as pink as the one in the picture, but very close. After reading some of the negative reviews...if you are looking for a watch with a "bling" factor, this isn't the watch for you, but if you are looking for a tasteful, everyday watch, this is the one for you. I couldn't be happier with it. After I have the watch for a while, I will submit another review and let you know how well is is holding up with wear.
