Seiko makes good timepiecesFeb 27, 2006
By William Lee Bynum My wife likes her Seiko strap watch a lot. The watch is
a little smaller in person than shows on the web page, but
my wife can still read the dial, so she likes it. Seiko
makes good timepieces. We bought a Seiko bedside clock
earlier, because it was much quieter than anything else we
looked at (those ticks can be loud in the middle of the night).
This watch seems to be of equally high quality.

Seiko Women's Strap Watch #SXGM10May 20, 2008
By Judi Demar The Seiko Women's Strap Watch came with nearly all the features I like in a watch: clear numbers, minute divisions, a second hand, dual-toned metal, and a leather band. It is lovely in all regards but one: the face measures only 3/4 of an inch (just under 1.5 mm) across - for a dainty woman, this would be ideal; for the "larger" woman, it creates a somewhat amusing size contrast. When I misplace it around the house, my family jokes that it might be on my wrist, only I just can't see it.

Petite watch for petite womenJul 14, 2011

"little amazon woman"
it's a fabulous watch, but not for the big-boned or average sized ladies. i don't think that warrants a review of 1 star, so just ignore that reviewer completely. i'll say it looks pretty tiny on my wrist and i'm 5'3" 112 pounds. i prefer daintier jewelry and accesories. the leather wristband needs to be replaced after 4 years of heavy wear. that's why i'm poking around on amazon. i bought this watch at a local mall, not through amazon.
Seiko women's SXGM10 black leather strap watchMar 13, 2012
By Susie I bought this watch for my daughter (a young professional), who is very pleased with how it looks and works. The watch is delicate-looking on her slim wrist, and does NOT look ridiculously small, as other reviewers have suggested. It would look equally good on my wrist, and I am close to retirement age. So for a normal slim woman, it is fine. Its face is plain and easy to read. We were looking for a simple product, and this watch is simple - no distracting bells and whistles . I was worried that the alligator tooling on the strap would be too showy, but the tooling is delicate and discreet, so quite acceptable. Overall, an excellent choice for our tastes and needs. The price through Amazon was substantially better than the best price we could find at a local retailer.

Seiko Women's WatchJan 25, 2008

"Web Shopper"
Terrible. Too small. It stated that it was a women's watch but, it was the size for a six year old. I sent it back the next day. I didn't know Seiko made a watch that small.
