BC4 Chronograph (black on black)May 14, 2011
By Brandon R I've owned this watch for a month now and I'm very happy with it. The styling is somewhat industrial (with the hex screws on the bezel,) yet classy. It's considered, by most, a big watch at 45mm, but, it's not so thick and chunky as to be cumbersome. The top crystal is sapphire and has an ever-so-slight dome. There is also a see through case back showing off the movement and Oris' red rotor. The quick release knob is easy to to use due to it's size which also adds to the style element of the watch. The leather strap is easy to adjust and the clasp works like what you find on a metal bracelet. Oris uses an ETA base automatic movement. So far, I've been gaining about 4 seconds per day which is pretty good for not being a C.O.S.C certified chronometer. I have not tested it's water-tightness,(rated 100M), but, I don't plan on going swimming with it any time soon.
Overall, it has cool style, good features, and functions as expected of a reputable Swiss watch company.
