I was so excited to get this watch for Christmas. It is beautiful and the price was great. If only I could wear it..... problems started within 2 weeks of wearing it. It randomly fell off of my wrist. Luckily I was able to find the tiny screw and bring it to a watch repair place. They put it back together and tightened every single screw (there were a bunch that were loose). Well, here I am a week later and noticed that screws were coming loose again (different ones than before). Basically I believe the watch has a poor design and wearing it loosens the screws with time. I called the vendor I bought it from (JomaShop--bought through Amazon) and they were no help. They said it's not their problem since they don't warranty the band (just the time piece itself). Unfortunately the Gucci warranty is voided when you purchase a watch from one of these vendors. I just ordered a watch repair kit to hopefully tighten the screws myself. This might be a solution, but it's pretty ridiculous to be wearing a $400 watch that I have to worry about falling off my wrist.
Hope this review helps someone else from making a mistake like I did.
