Purchased this watch as a present for my wife. Within the first week, it lost about 10 minutes of time. Thinking the battery was just old and needed replacing, we took it to a local watch shop and had the battery tested. It tested out fine, to our surprise.
Wife reset the watch a number of times over the next couple of weeks, and it continued to lose approx. 10 minutes every couple of days.
Requested an RMA from seller to have their repair center look at it. 4 weeks later, the watch comes back with a hand written note, "no problem found."
She tried it again, and sure enough, still losing time. Tried contacting seller numerous times to request a replacement watch to no avail. All attempts to contact vendor have gone unanswered and phone calls go nowhere. Very frustrating and disappointing. All they needed to do was set the time and observe it over a couple of days, and I specified this in the service form that was sent back with the watch.
At almost $300, this has been a complete waste. She loves the design of the watch, but it's functionally useless to her and the vendor doesn't seem to care. Will never purchase from them again, and will likely steer clear of the Bulova brand in the future.

I bought this watch with money I received as a birthday gift. I am very happy with my purchase. It is beautiful! I have received many compliments on the watch.
